  I cant express how much help each & every member of staff are always willing to give. They all are so kind & go out of their way to stop what they are doing even when i say just tell me which aisle to find whatever, they show me & always ask if there is anything else they can help me with. This attention comes from a good manager & team. The staff on the tills are so friendly i feel as though they are friends & always ask if i need help packing my bags .So thank you Asda Brynmaur its always a pleasure to shop with you.

  We enter down to print out sum photos of my phone using the pictures booths down there. The booths double charged & without being able ourselves to cancel the charges we called a young girl from customer service & she was lovely. She had no problems refunding our cash & giving us the prints for free in a lovely scratch proof envelope. Very professional & if you time it right u get amazing discounts too.
